Lamp Laptop Rack
thingiverse
This project was tailored specifically to my requirements, but it may also prove useful for you. It's designed to fit snugly into a lamp I own that features tiered stands for holding various items. There are 25mm posts at each corner, and this organizer is meant to slot in between two of these posts to keep it securely in place. However, the possibilities for using this design extend far beyond its intended application. The back slot accommodates a MacBook Pro from 2013-2015 with a standard case, while the middle slot caters to the same laptop but without a case. The front slot is larger than the rear one and can hold a book or an assortment of other items. To assemble this design, you'll first need to print one side, then use your slicing software's mirror function (I used Cura) to create the mirrored version of that side. Next, insert 6mm-diameter wooden dowels to connect the two pieces along their desired length. Depending on your printer's tolerances, you can choose to glue these dowels in place or leave them loose.
With this file you will be able to print Lamp Laptop Rack with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Lamp Laptop Rack.
