Lamp knob enabler

This is an add-on knob which enables people with grip issues to turn on lamps. I take the suppled knurled stem for the switch and fit it to the printed knob. Resize the knob as needed or drill if yours is a different size. I tried press fits at first, but found that a drop of glue did a much better job.
