Lamp Divider

Lamp Divider

This thing keeps lamps on our kitchen table neatly divided. The concept hit me while moving furniture around for a birthday party. Why not adjust lamp placement with the table? Moreover, since the table has two removable inserts, its shape changes sometimes. This solution allows us to keep lamps centered regardless of table arrangement. Instructions: Print out parts needed, attaching end pieces to wooden sticks requires 4 wood screws. The 1000mm-long, 20mm-by-20mm wooden sticks I use work fine for this design. A M6 x 55mm screw serves as the middle attachment point, fitting a standard M6 nut into the thumb nut securely. Cable hanger parts prevent lamp cords from sliding downward and can be loosened to allow adjustments without fully detaching from the sticks. By releasing tension on the wooden stick with the thumb nut, you can shift the center piece. If the table is moved, you won't need to adjust the hook – just reposition the entire divider assembly. End pieces and spacers function as stabilizers, ensuring the divider remains level even when tightened, by counteracting any tilting due to table movement or irregular surface areas.
