Lamp Divider
prusaprinters
This thing helps to divide the lamps over our kitchen table. The idea came to me when we where moving around the table for a birthday party. What if you could move the lamps along with the table? And because the table also has two inlay parts, it is from time to time longer as well. This thing helps to keep the lamps in the middle of the table however it's configured. :) Instructions Print the parts, you need 4 wood screws to attache the end parts to the wood sticks. The wood sticks I use are 1000mm long and and 20mm x 20mm. The middle screw is a M6 x 55mm. A normal M6 nut fit in the Thumb nut. The cable hanger parts locks the lamp cable so it can't slip down and it can be tuned to release the grip of the wood sticks so you can change the position of the lamps along the wood sticks. You can move the middle part by releasing the tension over the wood with the thumb nut. Then you can move the the whole divider if the table move, without having the move the hook. The end and spacer parts also serves as counter against the roof to keep the divider level when the thumb nut is tighten. You can find all the parts in the SketchUp file so you can make changes if needed. Category: Organization
