Summary
My parents gave me a fairly expensive lamp from their house when I moved out after college. I needed a new lamp shade but the company stopped selling the shade that fit the lamp.
I ended up buying a lamp shade, removing the washer that fixes the shade to the post, and printing a replacement washer.
Works like a charm!
FIY: I am using LED bulbs in this lamp shade sue to the high heat emitted from incandescent light bulbs. Using the wrong bulbs can cause the PLA to start fire. If using this part for a similar job, either use LED bulbs or a material with higher heat resistance.

How I Designed This
Used a digital caliper to get the wire diameter, threaded shaft diameter, and general dimensions required for the fix.
