I've crafted a lamp armature tailored specifically for the IKEA Hemma cord set and a standard 84.5 cm lamp globe. This is still an ongoing project, but the initial version (hanglamp.stl) matches the old Hemma design remarkably well. I'm currently working on a revised model to accommodate the new Hemma cord set. For now, my designing efforts are confined to Tinkercad, but I'm eager to master Fusion 360 and create a sleeker model with smoother corners. Take pleasure in this creation!
