This Prusa I3 implementation was built using only laminated acrylic in place of 3D printed parts. The materials needed for this project include: Acrylic from McMaster-Carr (link provided), 16 threaded rod, 5/16 nuts, SCS8UU Linear Motion Ball Bearing, LM8UU Linear Ball Bearing, bed spring leveling components, Flexible Shaft Couplings 5mm to 8mm, 8 mm x 406mm Linear Motion Rod (2-Pack), Nema 17 1.7A (5 pack), Idlers, GT2 Timing Belt Pully 20 teeth, Printer Bed, Torsion Springs, MK7 Mount, MK8 Extruder, GT2 Timing Belt, M3 Hex Socket Screws in various lengths, and M4 Hex Socket Screws in various lengths. Additionally, several 3D printed models from third-party designers were incorporated into this Prusa I3 model: Nema 17 Corner Bracket (Nema 17 L Bracket), MK7 Extruder, Timing Pulley GT2 (20 teeth, 5mm bore), Mini Micro switch PCB mount, LM8UU linear bearing, PillowBlock SC8UU (8mm), Coupler 5mm to 8mm.
