I've found that most adjustable mask wearers made from 3D printing are not very satisfactory. I'm on the hunt for an alternative method that's quicker yet still offers sufficient protection for my family and students. Using a laser cutting machine to cut laminated documents has proven to be a faster option, and it also provides water resistance. In comparison, 3D printing takes about 30 minutes per mask, while with this new method I can produce seven masks in just two minutes. This is still an experimental prototype, so feel free to download and test it if you need something similar.
