T-shaped laminate floor spacers for expansion gaps are easy to print. I made 30 of these and used two per board length and one per edge. You may need more, so just print some extra. My flooring was 8mm thick with a 3mm underlayment. To get the perfect fit, I set up 11mm. That way it will sit perfectly on the floor. My print settings for these spacers were: Printer Brand - Printrbot; Printer - Simple Black; Rafts - None; Supports - None; Resolution - .02mm; Infill - 20%
