Laminar Flow Hovering Hose

I've been waiting for the perfect conditions to put this design to the test, but unfortunately, the weather hasn't cooperated yet - it's still too chilly for optimal results. In theory, though, this concept has great potential: with its streamlined design, it should be able to create a smooth flow of water and possibly even generate enough lift to stay afloat on water pressure alone. I'm eager to put this to the test and refine the design until it becomes a fun and functional water toy.
