Lamello Top 10 to Bosch Click & Clean

My ongoing task is to get a Bosch Click and Clean adapter to all of my tools. One of the last tools standing is my old Lamello Top 10. This design was made with the help of [MacNeill](https://www.thingiverse.com/macneill/designs). Somehow I can't mark this as a remix at the moment 'cause the search doesn't find the thing. My design is a remix of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3335362 During the making I've learned the hard way that there are different vacuum adapters that fit to the Lamello top 10. I think the tool was made for a long time so it changed over the years. I've added two different designs one made by MacNeill and one to fit my Lamello Top 10.
