Bull winged also known as Shiddo to Amoussou, a name mentioned in Assyrian inscriptions. The word "to Amaso" originates from Lamu in the Sumerian language and was used to describe the female jinn mission to protect cities, palaces, and houses of worship. The male protector of the Gin was known as Aladlamu in Sumerian and Shiddo in Assyrian (or Akkadian). A massive statue stands 4.42 meters long and weighs over 30 tons. He is part of a pair guarding sections of the city of Sur, built by Assyrian King Sargon II between 721-705 BC. The capital was later moved to Nineveh by Sennacherib, the son of Sargon II. This bull symbolizes strength, wisdom, courage and highnesses, representing the famous Assyrian civilization, particularly in the kingdom of Assyria and its palaces in Nineveh and northern Mesopotamia. It has become a symbol of this civilization which relied heavily on force as a principle in its policy and spread.
