This is a Laguna Bandsaw insert for the larger home or small commercial machines, I had lots of issues trying to find a replacement so I just made one. It is not an exact match and will require some slight fitting (corners are not tapered). You want a tight rather than drop in. The design is a solid block (w 25% infill) rather than the open type that came with your machine. The holes are for dust collection as on the original.
