Lagoa represents Dakar RC Rally

This year, I participated in the Dakar RC Rally thanks to Megablocks, Lagoa, and GrabCAD.com; capturing a moment of me traversing the sand dunes. The experience was incredible! Lagoa's capabilities played a significant role in completing the renderings efficiently. Using Lagoa, I leveraged particle arrays for the dust cloud, benefited from preset materials for realism, and employed blend materials to achieve the dirt overlay on the truck body. Navigation was easy, and the 3D viewport functioned smoothly with heavy meshes. The sun-light system produced quick, accurate results, while texture mapping aided in decal placement. Modifications to the model included adjusting tire positions, utilizing mates for suspension assembly, and separating surfaces for distinct materials. I created sand and particles using 3ds Max. Keep up the great work, Lagoa! Overall, it was an amazing experience participating in the Dakar RC Rally, and I hope my entry impresses you all!
