<p>This is a replacement for an old Laghetto skimmer.<br/> My swimming pool is an old Laghetto branded one, almost 40 years!<br/> 2 years ago the top piece of the skimmer (the part that makes it float) broke and I fixed it with glue but it didn't hold long...<br/> Due to high price of new skimmers I ended up printing a new top piece to make it float again.<br/> It is divided into two parts with a thread to connect then. The inside is empty and has to be filled with some sort of foam, bubble wrap may be ok (I used styrofoam).</p> <p>Here you can find a video demonstration: <a href="https://youtu.be/_bi0kBtoUSw">https://youtu.be/_bi0kBtoUSw</a></p> <p>After around 3 months of use it is working really well.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I printed both parts with .3 layer height and PLA.</p>
