LaForge V4 Module Doors
thingiverse
I drew inspiration from the standard doors supplied with LaForge modules as well as some stylish designs found on Thingiverse. However, none of them fit quite right for me, so I designed my own doors from scratch. They're far from flawless and I'm still not completely satisfied, but they work decently enough for my needs, prompting me to share what I've accomplished at this point. I printed the doors using NinjaTek Cheetah Snow White with supports, and they seem to function well. I also experimented with printing them using MakerGeek Raptor PLA clear, which worked too, but proved very challenging to mount in my FatShark HD3 goggles, particularly on the diversity module side since the Raptor PLA lacks the flexibility of the Cheetah.
