Most kinks seem to be ironed out. I'd still recommend TPU, but I'm willing to work with hard filament like PLA. Pictures are printed with hatchbox glow in the dark PLA. The cleanest print is achieved when the model faces up and the tabs face down on the print bed with support. Remove the support carefully to avoid damaging the tabs. Printing face down with tabs up is also an option. It's just challenging to remove the support material without leaving behind junk, but the tabs are able to maintain their integrity. My suggestion for the best print with PLA is to snap the tabs on the right-hand side (button) first, then the tabs on the antenna side. Push the door gently to the right to allow the left tabs to be secured. Special thanks go out to spmahoney78, who has the UBAD module and provided much-needed feedback along with countless feet of filament test printing and fitting. While it's still not 100%, it's better than nothing, and free. Buy me a beer? You can PayPal it to DVegaman@aol.com.
