The tips of the ladders often fail due to increased loads and bare metal pipes scratch the floor causing the ladder to stagger and become dangerous. I suggest making tips from durable plastic - NYLON by using a fishing line for trimmers 1.5-1.6 mm, which I pre-dry in a dryer for vegetables and fruits. You can also buy the right nylon filament for 3D printing with a diameter of 1.75 mm. The angle of the legs in my case is 68.3 degrees. Tips require proper positioning in direction to maximize contact area and conserve floors even from soft linoleum. Linear dimensions in Cura must be set to ~102.5% due to shrinkage of nylon, also depending on degree of drying. If other plastic, choose the shrink yourself.
