Ladder Knob

Replacement knobs for Rubbermaid branded Tricam Industries 4-foot step ladder: Home Depot model # RM-AUL3, catalog #203124317 work perfectly with similar RM-AUL3G/205548469 and other Tricam models without any issues. After breaking the original handle of my favorite light little ladder due to an accident involving a dropped box, I quickly found a solution by installing these knobs instead. Drilling out the old rivets and securely attaching these knobs restored functionality. With proper safety precautions taken into consideration, this mod provides a secure and convenient alternative to the broken handle. Be cautious, though, as the redesigned handles on either side may lead you to forget about the risk of stepping off the top step, especially when compared to the original handle running across the wide step. Note: This modification has been updated on 11/28/2015 with increased clearance for the nut. The specified print settings include: * Printer: Da Vinci 1.0A modified with E3D-v6 and Repetier V92 * Resolution: 0.3mm layers * Infill: 20% line with three shells Instructions for Post-Printing: Duplicate and mirror each part in your print settings, then snap together the knobs using two #8-32 x 1/2" machine screws with washers and nuts, making sure to remove any existing rivets.
