ladder foot
thingiverse
I'm looking for a foot to replace the old one on my aluminum ladder. The feet of my aluminum ladder are in poor condition, so I've decided to use a 0.6mm tolerance. To replicate the original foot (20x35mm), I recommend scaling it down to 98%. This part requires a rubber-like material to provide sufficient traction on flat surfaces. My settings for printing with Flexfill 98A on my Prusa clone printer (bowden extruder) are as follows: Layer height: 0.3mm (using a 0.3mm nozzle) Extrusion multiplier: 1.08 Infill percentage: 100% Speed: 30/15 mm/s Temperature: 215°C Bed temperature: 60°C Cooling: 95%
