Lacquer applicator

This device serves as an easy-to-use lacquer applicator for applying protective coatings on welded tin can sections. It attaches to a welding machine, with magnetically conveyed can bodies passing over the applicator. The main component is a reservoir holding the lacquer, while a roller transfers it and a brush spreads it evenly, removing excess. Notably, plastic parts (in blue) were 3D printed directly from SolidWorks design files.
