LACK Table Filament Guide
thingiverse
This is a 6" Filament Guide for Ikea Lack Table Enclosures. I've seen several around, but needed to create one with larger sides on top to cover chips in the table's surface while installing holes. I made sure to round both the edge entering the top of the guide and the bottom where filament passes through. This was done to help it slide smoothly and avoid getting caught on sharp 90-degree edges. Dimensions: (Part that fits into the table) Length: 6" Width: 3/8" Height: Varies based on STL used Length: 152.4mm Width: 9.1mm Height: Varies based on STL How To: Draw a line 5 5/8" in length where you want the slit for filament to be. Drill a 3/8" hole on either side of the line (You will get 6" total length due to drill radius) Now, drill out the entire line. Use whatever tool is easiest to combine all holes into one slot 6" x 3/8". Sand edges smooth Insert Filament Guide.
