Lack table filament feeder - improved
thingiverse
This is an adaptation of Nathan Crawford's excellent filament feeder for use in Prusa printers housed within a Lack table enclosure. The thread has been extended to ensure that when installed on a 50mm thick Lack table top, the nut securely engages onto the shaft. Furthermore, the area inside the tube where the filament emerges has a larger radius to minimize the likelihood of scratching or producing noise as it feeds through past the exit of the tube. To install, drill a suitable hole from the top of the Lack table to allow passage of the feeder shaft. Insert the shaft component through the top surface of the table and secure it at the bottom surface using the nut part, tightening it firmly with your fingers.
