Lack Table Enclosure - Side Panel Brace
thingiverse
I tweaked this thing to add support to the side panels of the enclosure. It's a very tight fit but snaps on below the original "foot" and ends up holding the side panel in place so it doesn't slip off that protruding shelf thing. I'm using 1/8" MDF for some of my side panels and they're a bit too heavy to be held securely by the 18mm x 1mm magnets I got, so this makes them much more secure. Print one for each corner and you should be all set! Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm for speed. Infill: Not terribly important, I did 20% triangular. Notes: I was worried about bed adhesion with how little surface area there is touching the print surface but haven't run into issues with that yet. I made this to have very tight tolerances to give a secure fit, but it could be too much for outer skin on the corner of the leg of the Lack table. If you're worried about keeping them in pristine shape and don't care about a super snug fit, it should still work just fine scaled up a few percent.
