Lack side panel brackets
thingiverse
I was building a Lack enclosure, sealing its sides with plywood and insulating foam, when I realized I needed a way to secure them in place. That's when I decided to design a web corner bracket, but then I stumbled upon apalexander's design that was almost exactly what I required. First, I removed the 1/4 spider from the bracket. Next, I reduced its overall size by 30% to make it more compact. After that, I repositioned some of the mounting holes to improve its stability. Finally, I lowered the height of the bracket from 20mm to a more manageable 12.5mm. Since the webbing isn't symmetrical, I created two STLs: one for the "Upper Left & Bottom Right" and another for the "Upper Right & Bottom Left". This allowed me to mirror the two upper brackets and the two lower brackets perfectly, ensuring a seamless fit.
