WARNING! Don't make this mess yet! This plan worked perfectly fine while printing PLA with a bed at 65'C, but when I started printing PETG with an 85'C heat bed, the resistance in the bolt became too much and warmed up the connector, melting the PLA. Thankfully, I caught it before shorting out. I'm waiting on banana plug hardware to arrive and will modify the setup accordingly. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After relocating my power supply under my workbench and adding a cover with a power switch, I wanted an above-table disconnect for my printer as well as real-time voltage monitoring for the power lines coming up through the table.
