Lack leg joiner/extender

Remixed the leg joiners (IKEA LACK stacking feet) to add a little more height and hold the upper table securely to the lower table without the need for screws. v3 removes a hole in the model that was originally intended to accommodate a screw but as I never got around to using one I found it just made the bridging more complicated than necessary.
