LACK LED Light Bar Mount - Fixed and Adjustable Options

I purchased another set of the ASOKO 12” LED lights (as listed below) to add a fourth light to the top of my cabinet. I decided to use the remaining two for some additional front lighting. In keeping with the “theme” of my cabinet, which has the awesome stacking brackets by Hagen Naturstein (link below), I wanted something to slide over those brackets – same height, same color (so that I did not have to disassemble my cabinet). If you use these brackets over a lack leg there will be some clearance, but the bottom light will hold up the top bracket. Obviously, you could fasten them to the leg in your desired position – perhaps just using two sets of the shorter top bracket. In my case, I considered the bottom angled bracket the “riser” to get the bottom of the light above my printer base. The light brackets are at 50 degrees (this worked best for my setup). The shorter angled light bracket has an access hole for the power cord. The lights simply slip into the slots.Slot tolerances are reasonable…however, I would imagine much will depend on your printer’s accuracy.*** 01-06-2024 Added Universal and Adjustable Angle Model ***I wanted to make this system a bit more functional – by eliminating the need for left and right light brackets, making the light angle adjustable, and using a pivot block so that you could make a custom pivot block for the LED light bar you wish to use. The universal light mounts use the same bracket as the angled design. If you want to use this setup with a different LED light bar, you could make your own pivot block. The clearance hole diameter for the pivot block in the light mounts is 24.4mm. My pivot block has a diameter of 24.2mm and fits nicely with a bit of friction when pivoting. The pivot block is 12mm tall. Again, as mentioned above, the accuracy of your printer will have much to do with the fit.All the light brackets now have access holes for the power cord.Various sizes of light mounting brackets are posted – including the original sizes of 38mm and 96mm which I use in my setup.Hagen Naturstein stacking brackets: https://www.printables.com/model/55487-ikea-lack-stackable-tables-lack-bracket/comments/557343Lights: ASOKO Dimmable LED Under Cabinet Lighting Cold White 5000K, 3 Pack 12 inch Linkable (purchased on Amazon)
