I was getting fed up with the annoying scratching sound of filament as it passed through the ports I was using. This is a clever semi-bowden solution that uses 4mm OD bowden tubing and M10 bowden fittings, which are convenient because the tube passes straight through them. The enclosure hole needs to be precisely 10mm in diameter. The couplers hold these fittings in place with tension, so you may need to sharpen one end slightly using a pencil sharpener to feed it through the coupler in reverse.
