I aimed to design a sleek lighting system within my Lack enclosure utilizing widely available LED strips. Numerous individuals have employed them, but several issues have arisen that necessitated addressing: 1) Some users rely on hot glue or clips to secure the strips in place, yet these methods often failed to deliver a clean appearance for me. Hot glue proved particularly unreliable. 2) Mounting the strips flatly against the table bottom demands cutting the strip at predetermined points and soldering tiny wires to facilitate smooth bends without compromising connections. 3) The LEDs themselves are quite luminous and piercing unless diffused with some form of filter.
