Lack Easy-Off Leg Stackers

I was inspired by the original "lift off table" legs from zuspiel, but I wanted to take it a step further by making them blend together even more smoothly.\r\n\r\nSo, I headed into F3D, pushed the lower leg assembly inward by 2mm, and extruded the top leg assembly around it, leaving a .5mm gap. Otherwise, the model remains unchanged.\r\n\r\nIt works flawlessly with [this drill guide](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2117852).
