Lace Lock / Toggle / Cord Lock

Lace Lock / Toggle / Cord Lock

thingiverse

This design was inspired by a broken toggle on a borrowed wakeboard that led to unsuccessful searches for a 3D printable replacement on Google and Thingiverse. Upon discovering the term 'lace lock,' I created this part with strong sides for increased wakeboard binding strength. Ensure correct orientation during printing, as some orientations may require difficult support material removal. Tested successfully on my Up! Mini Printer using high impact ABS filament, print the 2 parts (0.2mm resolution recommended) with the inside part vertical and flat side down, and the outside part tall with narrow end at the bottom. Clean up after printing and assemble as shown in the image.
