Labyrinth Box

I Created this Box as a Learning Exercise for CAD in Fusion 360. To Make the Maze Inside, I Used an Online Labyrinth Creator Tool. My Design Features an Easy-Close Mechanism - There's a Channel that Runs the Full Depth of the Box to its Start Position, with a Barbed Edge to Prevent the Box from Being Opened This Way. This is Still a Work in Progress - the Small Barb Needs Adjustment Depending on Your Printer's Tolerances. It Inserts into a Slot on the Main Base Piece, but I Need to Add a Small Bit of Plastic Below it for Now to Get a Tight Fit. You Can Experiment by Adjusting the Scale of One Axis in Your Slicer - It Only Takes 3 Minutes to Print, So You Can Easily Iterate Until You Get the Right Size. Regarding Tolerances, I Found that 0.25mm was Too Tight and 0.5mm Was Too Loose. The Design Has a Default Tolerance of 0.4mm, Which I Haven't Tested Yet - the Fit Does Tend to Ease with Use. To Print This Box, You'll Need to Create the Lid and Base Without Supports. The Top Inside the Lid Will Bridge, but It's Not a Priority for Cosmetics Here. Print the Barb on Its Side, and Consider Using a Brim for Both the Barb and Lid. This Box is Relatively Large at 170mm Tall, But Both Pieces Fit on a Small Plate - I Use an Ender 2 with a 150mmx160mm Build Plate. I'm Planning to Create a Half-Size Version, but I'll Need to Adjust the Tolerances to Prevent the Lid from Becoming Too Tight.
