<p>This goes on a 12mm diameter labstand (fixable with M4 nut &amp; M4x16 screw). The internal channels are symmetric. I suggest printing a fitting test first: uncomment the line</p><p>//fitting_test();</p><p>in the openscad file and re-render, with different values for the variable ball_radius. The attached stl works for me (Mk2.5s with Bondtech hotend, Fillamentum TPU A98, RS components house brand Loc-Line clone parts).</p><p>I'm using this to blow condensation off an actively cooled optical path window, but should also work for cooling fluid if you get the tolerances tight enough. I used hard TPU filament to make the hose barb super robust.</p>
