LabRadar Accelerometer Trigger + Picatinny Mount

<p>Designed for a DIY Accelerometer Trigger for the LabRadar Chronograph</p> <p>Trigger housing has a cylinder for the trigger assembly and a hole for the wire to exit. A velcro strap slot allows for securing mounting without a picatinny rail.</p> <p>Also included is a picatinny mounting adapter. This mount uses a 2.5mm hex nut, washer, and 25mm long screw. I bought a bulk pack on <a href="https://www.amazon.com?linkCode=ll2&tag=thingiverse09-20&linkId=e4759bff1fa9a55a0f897d801ce2d765&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl"> </a><a href="https://www.amazon.com?linkCode=ll2&tag=thingiverse09-20&linkId=e4759bff1fa9a55a0f897d801ce2d765&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl"> Amazon</a> from iexcel and had them laying around.</p> <p>Added Bonus: If you have the JKL Accelerometer trigger already as I do, you can use this as a secure mount as well, as the footprint is identical. The TPU picatinny mount doesn't hold on very well with higher recoil, and this eliminates that issue.</p> <p>I printed it with PETG, but I assume PLA or PLA+ would be plenty strong enough. The Velcro strap bridge would certainly turn out better with PLA.</p> <h3> Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Prusa</p> <p><p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>I3 MK3S</p></div><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p><p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0.2mm</p> <p><p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>30%</p></div><br/> <strong>Filament:</strong><br/> Hatchbox PETG Orange</p> </p></p></p> Category: Sport & Outdoors
