5Kg spool holder designed to hold my 5kg PLA+ rolls above my printer. I also designed a 1kg spool holder to work along with this, allowing me to mount 2 spools (one 5kg and one 1kg) at the same time above the printer. The 1Kg mount is an adapter meant to be used with the factory spool holder that came with the printer. Utilizes he same factory nuts with the printer as well to mount the holders to the machine. Increases machine stability as well. Recommend using the filament guide I designed if also using this mount for optimum filament guide angle. Otherwise you may find your extruder motor struggles to pull the filament from the 5kg spool (unnatural filament entry angle into the filament sensor without the guide). Please read below for recommended settings and infill recommendations. Very important to ensure the heavy 5kg spool doesn't fall.
