Labels for Contour ShuttlePRO V2
thingiverse
I recently got a Contour ShuttlePRO V2 to make video editing in Final Cut Pro easier for me. It came with paper stickers for the upper buttons, but I needed two more for my setup. The lower six buttons didn't have any labels at all. To solve this problem, I decided to use my Silhouette. Using Silhouette Studio (I'm a Business edition user, you can check out the .studio3 file - it should work with any version), making the upper button stickers was a breeze. Drawing the labels for the lower buttons was more challenging, so I used Fusion 360 to get them just right. I've included the Fusion 360 file (.f3d file) if you need it. The output from Fusion 360 is all-buttons.dxf, which I then converted to all-buttons.svg and imported into my Silhouette Studio project. If you're not using Silhouette Studio, you can likely redraw the upper buttons quickly and use my all-buttons.svg or .dxf file to get a solution working in any tool such as Cricut more easily. The Studio project uses "Print and Cut" mode. I printed onto glossy 8.5x11 sticker paper (I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VKV2H4) and applied several light coats of Krylon clear to make the stickers last longer. Then, I cut out the labels project on my Silhouette Cameo 2. Before attaching the new stickers, I wiped down the ShuttlePRO v2 buttons with alcohol and carefully removed the old labels, making sure not to touch the adhesive with my fingers.
