Labeler Cart Support System

The project was made in partnership with Schott Brasil. It consists in a industrial cart, with the caster wheel was found here in grabcad(was not made by me) with a poly and lock system to pass a rail underneath it, avoiding falling on every axis possible. The support on the cart, wich is completely functional using a worm gear reducer model found here on grabcad, was made to change the height of the labeler based on need, the support part has free axis movement to be able to change the labeler's position. It was made having a rather functional project in mind, but each part's weight and charge was not measured earlier. The project was made to become a pit stop system, making the exchange faster to avoid production loss when the labeler stops. The labeler was based on an Avery Dennison's model.
