This is a converter for rolls of thermal labels or stickers that are on a 3-inch roll you want to scale down to a 1-inch roll. For instance, the complimentary thermal labels from FedEx and UPS come on a 3-inch roll, but you might not have a spindle large enough for your thermal printer. Print one side first and check the fit. You can adjust the size by about 1% to make it tighter or looser.
