The DXF file requires the front to be made from acrylic, replicating the original 3D printed front's hole placement and plate size exactly. Ensure that your chosen laser cutting service offers acrylic thin enough to fit, as the default thickness of 2.5mm leaves some room for adjustment - a 3mm thickness might just work. The Elecrow-produced white sample in the picture was created at a 2.5mm thickness.
