Laazurus' Migbot Extruder Brace w/chain anchor

Added a chain anchor to laazarus' extruder brace. Found his design to work exceptionally well in keeping the extruder perfectly aligned. Included two files - 2b has the anchor positioned closest to the X axis, while 2c is further away from it. Created both options for flexibility and adaptability. Used the 3D builder software for quick assembly of simple parts.
