General - These are the original Caran D'Ache pen models, carefully crafted with attention to detail for realistic 3D visualization. They're designed to seamlessly integrate into your scene. To achieve a smooth and detailed look, these models utilize subdivision technology. You'll also receive a pre-configured render-ready scene setup, complete with lights and camera settings. The models are optimized for photorealistic rendering, making them perfect for close-ups and CG visualizations. Meshes - The individual meshes are carefully separated and presented as editable polygons within 3ds Max. This allows for easy modification and customization to suit your specific needs. Vray Materials - As these models were initially created for Vray render engine, the Vray version of the file includes properly configured materials for the pens. Other versions feature basic materials. Maps - These models utilize high-resolution bitmaps as textures and displacement maps, originally at 4K resolution. Almost every part of the pen, including the cap, is UVW unwrapped, making it easy to modify or replace textures using software like Photoshop. Formats - The original file was created in 3ds Max 2011 with V-Ray materials (2.0 and above). You'll receive a 3DS, OBJ, and MAX file. If you require any other format, please inquire via 3Docean. Information - All preview images were rendered using V-Ray and/or Octane. You'll receive only the pens and the pre-configured scene with light setup, excluding any additional elements used for preview renders.
