I designed this tool for removing and installing the plastic piston sleeve of the 2000 model La Pavoni lever espresso machine. It has worked well for me, and I hope it will help others as well. I added a hole to insert a Phillips head screwdriver if extra leverage is needed, but this feature remains untested by me, so be cautious. Make sure you print this tool solid or with a high wall count until the teeth appear solid in the layer preview.
