La fuente de los Caños de San Francisco
sketchfab
The source of the Caños de San Francisco fountain is located in the Asturian town of Avilés.\nPositioned alongside the Ferrera Palace and the Church of San Nicolás de Bari within the Historic-Artistic Complex, this civil work from the 17th century is a notable architectural landmark.\nThe fountain is composed of a frontage from which six human heads emerge, with water flowing from their mouths through a pipe into a rectangular pilaster at the ends and an oval-shaped central section. Above these heads on the frontage are three heraldic shields.\nOn either side of each head are two Avilés shields, above each one, and in the center is the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Castile.
