La Cerradura Doble - sliding key puzzle

#Double Lock This is a remake of a puzzle I've seen online: http://smallpuzzlecollection.blogspot.com/2011/11/double-lock.html. The original puzzle was limited series only, and it's long since sold out, but I figured out from a photo how it went together and decided to remake it to have a try at solving it. I haven't invented the puzzle itself, however the printable 3D-CAD design (including all the engineering that went into making this printable from opaque plastic) has been created by me. #Printing and Tolerances If your printer is accurate, the puzzle will operate smoothly with a gap of 0.2mm between the lid and the base. Since the top layer is slightly rough always, the gap will be closed by the imperfections of the top layer. If your printer is a bit out of whack as far as extrusion goes, you might need to put M2 washers between the lid and the base on each screw. The whole thing is designed with 0.2mm gaps around moving parts, and all sliding parts slide along layers, so it should operate rather nicely. The biggest fun killer is if your corners of the base part lift off. Print in contrasting colors (lid and keys different from base and sliders), else it's an eye strain to figure out what gets locked by what. #The Puzzle Itself Get both horizontal keys out of the system and then put them back. To achieve that, you'll have to move the five vertical sliders and move the keys in proper order. The keys are different from each other and fit as pictured (round corners to the outside). Have fun.
