The sculpture, crafted in polished bronze, is the work of Santiago de Santiago, and it dates back to 2011. The artist did not receive a single penny for bringing this piece to life at the hands of Oviedo's city council, who gratefully accepted it as a gift from him. He covered all expenses related to casting his design, with the city footing the bill for the foundry work. This beautiful sculpture is supported by a base and features a woman executing a dance step in full motion.
