It's a base for an aluminum profile from 2020 with a T-slot and 5mm thickness. The part can be fastened by up to five M5 hex head screws against either a T-slot nut or an M5 square nut. After installing under my printer's enclosure, I also added a self-adhesive felt pad to the ground-touching part, measuring 20x20mm, to further reduce vibrations. This L-base also has a diagonal support beam with an M5 screw hole. Personally, I use it to hold the corners of an 18mm thick laminated board on top of which my printer is located.
