This is an ambitious project that aims to modernize the classic Round Headlamp by converting it into a sleek, L.E.D.-equipped Square Headlight. The goal is to transform the traditional circular design into a contemporary 7"x5" LED headlamp, giving it a fresh and futuristic look. To achieve this transformation, everything was carefully printed using Transparent PLA with an impressive 5mm wall thickness and a remarkably high infill percentage of 92%. A .6 tip was used in conjunction with a layer height of just .2 mm, ensuring precision and detail throughout the printing process.
