L-Corner Bracket - Support for Stiffness

L-Corner Bracket - Support for Stiffness

thingiverse

I designed an L-shaped corner bracket for 3D printers using sigma profiles with three holes on each side. However, I only utilized two of these holes, which are situated along the edges, in order to keep the original piece intact within the sigma profiles. Additionally, I incorporated walls between the screw holes to enhance overall stiffness. The holes located on these walls can be easily accessed by screwdrivers. Notably, the thickness of the walls measures 5.5mm, a notably substantial dimension. This bracket poses significant printing challenges; in fact, it's the stiffest piece I've ever printed using my own printer. To assemble the bracket, you will require M4 t-nuts and screws, with four being necessary for each corner except the middle bottom piece where X and Y intersect.
