This is a bracket which i designed to hold a GoPro with it's MediaMod. Using this bracket you will be able to not use the GoPro's feeds and therefore you do not need to unscrew your GoPro only to change the Battery or SD card. It can also be used to hold an Insta360 X3 or similar devices when using them in Single Lens mode for example on a Helmet.
